Ingredients

1 Medium low-fat tortilla - 110 calories, 6 fiber
2 1/2 oz. Smoked salmon
2 tbs Fat-free cream cheese
2 tbs Chopped red onion
2 slices Tomato, halved

Preparation

Heat tortilla in microwave until slightly warm.

Spread cream cheese on top of tortilla. Place salmon in middle. Top with tomatoes and onions.
