Chocolate Zucchini Cake

A great way to use up garden zucchini!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Butter

1/2 cup Vegetable oil

1 1/3 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup Sour milk

2 1/2 cups Flour

1/2 cup Cocoa

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Salt

2 cups Grated zucchini

1/2 cup Chocolate chips

1/2 cup Chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.


Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and add to creamed mixture. Add zucchini.


Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 3-inch baking pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
