This quick and yummy recipe is loaded with over half of your daily calcium...and the kids will love it!
1 Tube (10 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
5 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 jar (12 oz) salsa
Sour cream, optional
On an ungreased baking sheet, roll the dough into a 12-inch circle. On one-half of dough, sprinkle cheeses and bacon to within 1/2 inch of edges. Fold dough over filling; pinch edges to seal. Bake at 425 for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.

Delicious and easy! I also added some pepperoni to it. You could really add anything to it. My only suggestion - don't buy the thick crust pizza dough. It makes it a bit too much bread. It would be great with thin or regular crust.

This was fantastic and got rave reviews from my 2 boys (ages1 and 3). I added 4 scrambelled eggs and a little ham and cheddar cheese that I had left in the fridge. I really like that I could use some extra things and add the little extra that I felt it needed. It was a very filling breakfast for everyone.
