Ingredients

Salad:
1 Head of Nappa cabbage, sliced thin (can also use broccoli slaw)
1/2 c. Sunflower seeds
1/4 c. Sliced almonds
2 t. Sesame seeds
1 bunch Green onions, sliced
i package Beef Ramen noodles, uncooked, crunched into small pieces
Dressing:
1 c. Oil
1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Rice vinegar
Seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles
1 t. Pepper (preferably white pepper)

Preparation

Mix dressing and set aside. Can be made up to three days ahead of time. Combine nuts and seeds, toast and cool. Mix salad ingredients. Toss with dressing
