Great for relaxing on those lazy summer days.
1 cup Fat free milk
1 cup Pineapple sherbet or coconut sorbet
1/2 cup Canned or fresh crushed pineapple
1/2 teaspoon Coconut extract
Fresh pineapple spears (optional)
Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconut extract in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with pineapple spears, if desired.
