Ingredients

1 (10 count) box Frozen cinnamon waffles
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 Medium bananas, sliced
1/2 cup Prepared caramel sauce, divided
5 Eggs
1 pint (16 oz.) half and half
1/2 cup Milk
1 (8 oz. ) container whipped topping
Nonstick cooking spray

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Toast waffles according to package directions. Cut waffles into 1-inches cubes; set aside.

In large skillet melt butter over medium-high heat. Add brown sugar and cinnamon; cook and stir until bubbly. Add bananas; cook stirring well for 5 minutes. Remove skillet from heat; add waffles, folding mixture gently to coat well.

Spread waffle mixture in baking pan. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the caramel sauce.

In large bowl beat together eggs, half and half, milk and remaining caramel sauce. Pour over waffle mixture; let stand 45 minutes or refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes. If refrigerated, remove 30 minutes before baking.

Serve warm with whipped topping and additional caramel sauce.
