Preheat oven to 375. Grease 10 to 12 medium muffin cups.
In large bowl, combine oats, both flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in egg, mashed bananas, soybean oil and melted butter. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour into prepared muffin cups and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for at least 15 minutes.
