Cajun Shrimp with Rémoulade Sauce

Contributed By: sbourbon
Me

This takes only four minutes on the fire! I've added fresh lemon peel to jarred Cajun seasoning (a blend of garlic, onion, chiles, peppers, and herbs). The creamy homemade sauce (made with light mayonnaise) pairs nicely with the southern-style shrimp
