Ingredients

3 Large ripe bananas
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
4 tablespoons Melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 cup Nuts (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 and grease a loaf pan.


Smash bananas, add sugar, egg, butter and mix well. Mix dry ingredients together, add to banana mixture. Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake 55-60 minutes.
