Chicken Enchilada Casserole

All of the ingredients are layered, making this dish easy to prepare.

Ingredients

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in pieces

1 jar Mild salsa

8 oz Sour cream

2 Small cans cream of chicken soup

2 cups Milk

1 package Tortilla chips

1 package Mixed shredded Mexican cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Combine the salsa, sour cream, soup and milk to make the sauce. Use a baking pan to pour 1/4 of the sauce and chicken on the bottom of the baking pan. Layer the top with tortilla chips, repeat the layering of the sauce and chicken ending with tortilla chips. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Place the casserole in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted on top. Let the casserole cool off for about 10 minutes before serving.
