1. Preheat oven to 500
2. Grind together into a paste the garlic, green onions, cinnamon, allspice, pepper, salt & oil. Wash turkey breast and dry with paper towels. Rub spice paste evenly onto entire surface of turkey
3. Separate onion slices into rings and place in center of large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Add raisins and sprinkle with vinegar. Place turkey breast on top of onions and raisins. Wrap turkey, leaving small amount of air space between foil and breast.
4. Place meat on a baking sheet in the center of the oven and roast for 30-35 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160.
5. Carefully open foil. Let turkey rest 10 to 20 minutes and then cut into thin diagonal slices. Arrange slices on warm platter. Spoon juices and onions over the turkey and garnish with parsley.
