Delicious sandwich that works wonderfully with many kinds of meat.

Ingredients

4 (10 inch) tortillas
2 tbsp Low-fat salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 cup Chunky salsa
4 oz Sliced turkey or roast beef
1/3 cup Shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Thin strips of red peppers
1/4 cup Sliced green onions
2 tbsp Sliced black olives
Optional: Pinch cayenne pepper

Preparation

1. Spread salad dressing on tortilla; spread salsa over salad dressing. Top with meat, cheese and vegetables, and cayenne pepper if desired. Roll and serve, or heat 45 seconds in microwave on medium.


2. Repeat for each wrap.

Wow! Everyone in my family loved these and that includes a picky husband and three children 10 and under! I bought some of the pre grilled, pre sliced chicken breasts (like Tyson), left out the cayenne and green onion and served up dinner in less than 15 minutes as promised. I will use this often. Thanks!
