1 bag Shredded Cabbage
1 jar Salsa (Pace Medium)
1 can Small black beans (rinsed)
1 Med cucumber (diced)
1/2 Onion (Stockton Red) chopped
Preparation
Toss all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Option: Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar Cheese just before serving.
Serve with your favorite Tortilla Chips.
