Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsp. Grated peeled fresh gingerroot
1 1/2 tsp. Minced garlic
2/3 cup Canola oil
1/3 cup Rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup Each reduced- sodium soy sauce and water
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 2- cup jar. Cover jar with a tight- fitting lid and shake well to dissolve the honey. Store in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
