Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 pounds Fresh spinach, well washed and drained
Preparation
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic; saute. Add spinach in batches. Stir until just wilted. Serve warm.
Cook's Notes
Try using Collard Greens and Chard instead of Spinach... it's very tasty. I normally serve this with a Salmon dish.
