Ingredients

2 pounds Beef flank steaks
1 cup Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Ground ginger
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Garlic, crushed

Preparation

1. Cut steak into 1/8-inch thick slices.

2. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.

3. Place meat in crock-pot, pour sauce over meat and stir. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
