Ingredients

1 pound Swiss cheese
1 cup Dry white wine
2 tablespoons Flour
2 cloves Crushed garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Loaf french bread - cut in cubes

Preparation

cut cheese in cubes and dust with flour until completely coated. Place in pot and add garlic, salt, pepper and wine. Heat over low heat until melted. Serve as an appetizer with bread cubes - making sure it's not to hot that it will burn.
