Quick and simple but with a wonderful tang.
1 Serving of broccoli, steamed or microwaved
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Wine or rice vinegar
1/2 tsp Curry powder
Cook the broccoli. Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon over the broccoli. Alter measurements to suit quantity and taste.
The topping also tastes great with cauliflower, brussels sprouts, or asparagus.
