Ingredients

1 box (about 10 ounces) Couscous
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
10 Each dates, pitted and diced
1/2 cup Almonds, sliced, toasted
1/4 cup Fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
5 Limes, juiced or 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preparation

In a medium saucepan bring water, salt, and pepper to a boil. Stir in couscous; cover.


Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, stir in dates, almond, mint, basil, limejuice and olive oil.


Allow flavors to blend at least 1 hour before serving.
