2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Arrowroot
1 1/2 cups Turkey or chicken stock
1 Bay leaf
1/4 cup White wine
Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds. Stir in arrowroot until smooth. Add stock, bay leaf, and wine and cook and stir until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Serve with poultry.
