1 1/2 cup Pure maple syrup
1/2 cup Water
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
4 cups Fresh cranberries
Bring maple syrup, water, and ginger to a boil. Add cranberries; simmer until they all pop, about 25 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
