6 Egg whites
3 oz Chicken breast - cooked and diced
1 1/2 oz Fat free parmasean cheese - grated
1/2 tbs Fresh basil chopped
Preparation
1) coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat
2) lightly beat the egg whites with a fork and add to the pan. cook, stirring, until halfway set. add he diced chicken and cook through. add salt and pepper to taste. garnish with fresh basil and serve.
