Ingredients

4-6 Tilapia Fillets
1/2 cup Flour, for dusting
1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder
2 Eggs
1 cup Almonds, coarsely chopped
6 tablespoons Butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Combine the flour and garlic powder and season wiith salt and pepper

lightly dust the fillets with the flour mixture. Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper and place in a shallow dish

Melt the butter in a large non stick skillet and dip the tilapia in eggs and then almonds to coat both sides

Add to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fish is completely cooked through

Serve Immediately
