Ingredients

3 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese ( 12 oz.)
1 cup Shredded provolone cheese (4 oz.)
1 1/2 cups Whole milk
1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Dry mustard
2 cups Dry elbow macaroni
8 oz. Sour cream

Preparation

1. COMBINE Cheddar, provolone, milk, cream, salt, pepper, and mustard in a 4-6 qt. slow cooker. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 1 hour.

2. STIR in macaroni and sour cream. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for an additional 1 hour.

Cook's Notes

NOTE-Even though the total time is 2 hours, the macaroni and sour cream are added after the first hour. For the provolone cheese I just use sliced and tore the into pieces.
