2 cups Dark leafy greens, torn into bite-size pieces
1 To 2 green onions
2 tbsp. Toasted sliced almonds
1 Celery stalk, thinly sliced
3 Radishes, thinly sliced
Rice Vinegar Dressing (recipe below) or store bought Chinese chicken salad dressing
Rice Vinegar Dressing:
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 tbsp. Seasoned rice vinegar
