| 3 tbsp | Unsalted butter, divided |
| 1 cup | Pea pods |
| 1/2 cup | Shredded carrots |
| 1 | Small red pepper, cut into strips |
| 3 | Green onions, sliced |
| 3/4 cup | Evaporated skim milk |
| 3 cups | (12oz) ham, cut into cubes |
| 10 oz | Uncooked spagetti, hot cooked and drained |
| | Fresh basil |
| | Cilantro |
| | Pepper, freshly ground |
Melt 1 Tbsp butter in medium suacepan over medium heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender. Add remaining 2 Tbsp butter , milk and ham. Cook over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture thickens slightly. Serve over warm spagetti. Garnish with fresh basil, cilantro and freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
