| 3 tb | Cider vinegar |
| 2 tb | Fresh lime or lemon juice |
| 2 tb | Oil |
| 1 clove | Garlic, pressed |
| 1 tb | Sugar |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt |
| 1 cup | Shredded lettuce |
| 1 cup | Cooked, shredded chicken |
| 1 | Large tomato, chopped |
| 1 cup | Grated Cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 cup | Sliced black olives |
| 1 | Sliced avocado |
| | Salsa |
| | Sour cream |
| | Tortilla chips |
Mix vinegar, lime juice, oil, garlic, sugar and salt together until sugar dissolves.
Put lettuce and tomato in large bowl and toss with dressing. Arrange dressed lettuce and tomato on four plates, top with cooked chicken, cheese, olives, avocado, salsa, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
