1 1/2 cup Sifted flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Slightly beaten egg
1 1/4 cup Milk
2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs in sperate bowl then add to dry ingredients with butter and milk.
Stir well.
Cook on greased hot griddle. Flick a drop of water to see if bubbles.
Turn heat to medium.
Pour batter on griddle, flip when edges
