I did this with MahiMahi and it was great. Create a "tent" of tin foil with the butter, dill, and fish. Place on a pan right next to some asparagus with grated mozerella and pepper. Tasty!

Good recipe. It's good to use lemon also or drop the dill and just add lemon. Nothing like salmon!

Works really well with other fish as well if you don't have any salmon lying around.

I cooked this recipe as is except I had no dill so I used creole seasoning mix and a little parsley...It was done and delicious in 10 minutes. I will cook this again...It was my first time cooking salmon....and thanks to this recipe..it was a great success. :)

This was an easy recipe to follow and make. Be sure to use the rule of thumb 10 min for each inch of thickness...very accurate.

We found this recipe an hour before making dinner-- it looked so fast and easy with so few ingredients, and it was! We modified the ingredients a bit by melting the butter and spooning it over the salmon, then adding a liberal sprinkling of garlic powder and dried dill along with some sea salt. We didn't have a lemon, but my son sprinkled bottled lemon juice on his...it worked. The neighbor had given us a six-inch long portion of a fresh salmon which we cut it into six steaks before preparing. My son and I loved it...my husband (a fish hater) actually tried it and really enjoyed it...had seconds. My daughter just mashed it around and we ate her leftovers...she's just not ready for fish yet, I guess.
