Ingredients

1 lb. Sweet potatoes
1-2 cloves Garlic
Lime juice (1 lime)
2 tablespoon Olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Pepper (for those who love it spicy)

Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into medium size wedges; soak in water for about 10 minutes.In a bowl, mix all ingredients making sure the potatoes are all covered with the oil. You can place potatoes on the rack and BBQ (cover with foil); or bake in the oven on the cookie sheet until tender. Good as a side dish or on its own… I do not add pepper and kids love them as a snack.
