What a fast and easy snack or make into appetizers.
1 Cucumber, sliced
2 Zucchini, sliced
2 Carrots, sliced
4 Mushrooms, chopped
4 Green onions, chopped
1 clove Garlic
4 Tortillas
1/2 cup Fat free or low-fat cream cheese
Salsa
Combine all veggies. Spread cream cheese on tortilla. Spread veggies and salsa over cream cheese. Roll up.
