Ingredients

16 -24 Ice cubes
4 cups Fat-free milk
4 tablespoon Vanilla extract
4 teaspoon Sugar substitute
1 teaspoon Cocoa (optional)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Add all ingredients to blender.

Blend, pour into four glasses and enjoy!

Cook's Notes

I accidently added cinnamon instead of cocoa and had a yummy surprise, so experiment! Try with other cocoa and banana or mint extract.
