2 Eggs
1/3 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 cups Scalded low-fat milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Beat eggs, sugar and salt. Stir in milk and add vanilla. Place in a 2 quart baking dish and then place, uncovered, into a pan containing 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.
