Ingredients

1 cup Romaine lettuce
1/4 cup Onion chopped
1 Avocado, mashed
1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh
1-2 Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 can Vegetarian refried beans
2-4 Sprouted corn tortillas or organic tortilla chips
1/2 Lime

Preparation

*Mix all ingredients together and either wrap in a tortilla or dip with organic tortilla chips.
