Heat turkey bacon in nonstick skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir an additional 4 minutes. Reserve. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions in large saucepan or Dutch oven; drain. Return noodles to saucepan; add remaining ingredients except tomato. Cook and stir over medium heat until blended. Add reserved turkey bacon mixture; toss to combine. Sprinkle with tomato before serving. Garnish as desired.
