| 2 tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| 1 | Onion, chopped |
| 2 | Celery sticks, chopped |
| 2 bunches | Broccoli, cleaned and |

| 6 cups | Water |
| 2 | Vegetable or chicken bouillon |
| | Cubes |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Thyme |
| 1 tbsp | Butter |
Saute onion in oil in soup pot. Add in broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes over low to medium heat.
