Ingredients

2 tbsp Olive oil
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 Onion, chopped
2 Celery sticks, chopped
2 bunches Broccoli, cleaned and
Chopped
6 cups Water
2 Vegetable or chicken bouillon
Cubes
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tbsp Butter

Preparation

Saute onion in oil in soup pot. Add in broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes over low to medium heat.
