8 cups Rolled oats
1-1/2 cups Wheat germ
1-1/2 cups Cashews or almonds
1 pkg Shredded coconut
1-1/2 cups Brown sugar
3/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Oil
2 teaspoons Vanilla
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Bring liquids to a boil then pour over dry ingredients. Spread evenly on 2 large baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 gallon.
