1 can Pink Salmon or Jack Mackeral
1 Small onion, minced
2 Eggs
Old Bay seasoning
1/4 cup Flour
Salt
Pepper
6 tbsp Olive Oil
Preparation
Chop onion into small pieces.
Beat eggs, seasoning, salt and pepper
Add can of salmon, taking care to remove small bones.
Mix ingredients wll.
Heat oil iskillet
Form into small patties and place on stove.
Cook 4-6 minutes each side.
