Ingredients

5 tbsp Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
4 Anchovy fillets, coarsely chopped
1 can (28oz) whole plum tomatoes,
Drained, chopped
2 tbsp Tomato paste
2 tbsp Capers, rinsed and drained
3/4 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
3/4 tsp Dried oregano, crushed
1/2 cup Italian or Greek cured
Black olives, pitted and slivered
2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
12 oz Uncooked spaghetti, hot
Cooked and drained
Additional Tabasco pepper sauce, optional

Preparation

In medium skillet, heat oil; cook and stir garlic and anchovy fillets 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, capers, 3/4 tsp Tabasco sauce and oregano; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in olives and parsley; simmer an additional 2 minutes. Pour over hot spaghetti in serving bowl; toss to coat. Serve with additional Tabasco sauce, if desired.
