This quick pasta sauce will heat things up.
1/2 cup Butter
1 tbsp Dry sherry
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp Dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp Coarsely ground black
Pepper
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
1 lb Cooked pasta
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add sherry, garlic, oregano, basil, black pepper and red pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minues. Serve over cooked pasta.
