Make a home-made hummus dip with chick peas and yoghurt and serve with fresh watercress and wholewheat pita bread

Ingredients
* 1 x 400 g Can chickpeas
* 1/2 cup Plain low fat yoghurt
* 1 teaspoon Dried origanum
* 1/2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
* 150 g Watercress
* 65 ml Knorr Greek Salad Dressing
* 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
* 1/2 teaspoon Crushed garlic
* 4 wholewheat pitas, lightly toasted on

Preparation
In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, Knorr Greek Salad Dressing, low fat yoghurt, 1/2 red pepper, origanum, garlic and sesame seeds
Place dip in a bowl and garnish with leftover red pepper
Arrange pita bread and watercress around the dip on a large platter
Dip whole wheat pita pockets, the leftover red pepper and onion
