Here is a twist on linguine. You have to try this one.

Ingredients

1 2/3 cups Firmly packed fresh
Spinach leaves
3/4 cup PACE Picante Sauce, divided
2/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Pecans, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1 clove Garlic, chopped
1 lb Uncooked linguine or other
Favorite pasta, hot cooked and
Drained
Additional chopped pecans, optional
Additional PACE Picante sauce,
Optional

Preparation

Combine spinach, 1/4 cup picante sauce, cheese, 1/2 cup pecans, oil and garlic in covered food processor or blender container; process until smooth. Transfer to small bowl; stir in remaining 1/2 cup picante sauce. Toss spinach mixture with hot cooked pasta in large bowl. Sprinkle with additional chopped pecans and serve with additional picante sauce, if desired
