Ingredients

1 Red cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup White vinegar
2 tbsp Water
1 cup Jelly (seedless blackberry, boysenberry or red currant)

Preparation

Combine cabbage, sugar, butter, vinegar, water and jelly in large stockpot or slow-cooker; stir.

Cook, covered on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
