2 Pumpernickel or dark rye bagels
2 cloves Garlic (halved)
1 tbsp. Olive oil (extra virgin)
1 Large ripe avocado
2 Fresh jalapenos (seeds & veins removed), julienned
6 oz. Smoked gouda
1) Cut each bagel in half.
2) Rub each bagel half with a half clove of garlic.
3) Drizzle or brush oil on each bagel half.
4) Toast in oven at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
5) Top each bagel half with sliced avocado and jalapeno pieces.
Serve with sliced Gouda and your favorite beverage.
