Favorite Potato Salad

A great potato salad that will satisfy everyone!

Ingredients

1 pounds Red potatoes, scrubbed and cut in 1/2 inch chunks

1/2 cup Sour cream

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

3 tbsp White vinegar

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Water

3 Green onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsely

1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Cover potatoes with water in medium sized pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender crisp, about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool slightly. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add potatoes while still warm, toss, chill. Garnish with additional chopped parsely if desired.
