1 Ripe but firm plum
1 tablespoon Chevre
2 WW crackers (Carr's)
Preparation
Divide the chevre evenly between the two crackers.
Thinly slice a circle from near the middle of the plum then cut it into to half circles. Save the rest of the plum for another use or eat it now :)
Top each cracker with a half circle and enjoy!
Cook's Notes
1 plum will be enough to top the whole carton of crackers if you make this as an appetizer to share.
