A healthy vegetable quiche.

Ingredients
3 Large eggs
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 can Artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1/4 cup Feta cheese
2 tbsp Chopped sundried tomatoes
2 Links cooked turkey sausage
3/4 tsp Kosher salt
Pepper to taste
1 Frozen piecrust
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350
Whisk eggs, stir in milk, artichoke hearts, feta, tomatoes, sausage, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. bake for 45 min until top layer is golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes.
