Easy to make smoothie for a quick breadfast or lunch. I keep frozen overripe bananas in my freezer all the time so it only takes 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients
2 Peeled and sliced bananas divied into 8ths. 218 cal
2/3 cup Fat free Over the Moon Milk 133 cal
2 tbsps Chocolate Malt Ovaltine 40 cal
1 tsp Instant coffe disolved in 1 Tbsp of water
Preparation
Put frozen bananas, milk Ovaltine and instant coffee mixture in to blender blend until mixture is a smooth consistency.
