Ingredients
1 White or yellow cake mix
1 Small can pumpkin
1/4 cup Salad oil
1 cup Water
4 Eggs
1 package Butterscotch instant pudding
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Pour in bundt pan or tube pan or 2 bread pans. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until done when tested. Serve plain or with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
