Simple pan fried pork chop, baked potato and steamed mixed vegetables.

Ingredients
1 Pork chop trimmed of excess fat
1/2 tbsp Butter
1 Medium size potato
1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
Pinch seasoning salt
Black pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Wash & scrub 1 medium size potato, pat dry with paper towel and place in Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes.
2. Heat up cast iron fry pan on medium high heat. Melt butter and place pork chop in pan. Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt and a bit of black pepper.
3. Measure out 1 cup of mixed frozen vegetable and place in microwaveable steam and go bags. Cook in microwave on High approx. 2 1/2 minutes to 3 minutes once baked potato is done.

Cook's Notes
Simple and quick meal for any meat and potato lover. Fast grilling steak, butterfly pork chop, Salisbury steak or other choice of fast friable meat can be substituted as well as substituting fresh vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, sliced carrots or using any variety of preferred fresh or frozen vegetable.
